Itinerary & Program
Day 1 (wednesday) : From Dax to Capbreton (40km)
The adventure begins! We’ll meet at the agency, just a 1-minute walk from the Dax TGV station, to get to know each other and pick up our bikes. Once in the saddle, we’ll quickly leave the city behind and head toward Capbreton, immersed in the scent of the pine forests.
We’ll fully soak up the unique atmosphere of Capbreton and Hossegor, the true surfing capitals of Europe. Between surf sessions, strolling through Hossegor’s town center, and watching the sunset while tasting local delicacies by the lake, the day is a celebration of the local "douceur de vivre".
The first evening sets the tone for the trip: a festive, "open-air" evening to help the group bond!
Day 2 (Thursday): From Capbreton to Bidart (40km)
Today, we’ll fully immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Capbreton and Hossegor, the true surfing capitals of Europe. Between surfing sessions, a stroll through downtown Hossegor, and sampling local specialties by the lake, the day celebrates the laid-back local lifestyle.
Finally, we’ll take the famous Vélodyssée bike path to reach Bidart.
Day 3 (friday) : From Anglet to Saint-Jean-de-Luz (35km)
Today, we hop on the bikes for a 35km scenic escape along the coast. We’ll take our time strolling through the authentic streets of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, before connecting with the ocean for a laid-back surf session at the Hendaye spot.
The post-ride reward? A true timeless moment: we'll gather for an ultra-intimate dinner at Nadine’s in Guéthary, front-row to an epic sunset.

Day 4 (saturday) : From Bidart to Urt (34 km)
One last visit to the ocean before heading gently inland. After riding the waves at Bidart one last time, we cycle along the waterfront to the colorful, historic streets of Bayonne. The day ends in the absolute tranquility of the Basque countryside, where a charming guesthouse and a delicious dinner await us to recharge our batteries.
Day 5 (sunday) : From Urt to Dax (45 km)
It’s time to come full circle! A lovely morning of cycling through the peaceful countryside brings us back to where we started. To cap off this week filled with salt, sunshine, and miles, there’s nothing quite like sharing one last picnic together—and for those who’d like to, the ultimate spa experience to thank your body.

The price is per person for a standard (non-electric) bicycle, varies depending on the time of year, and is valid for a 4-night stay.

Physical fitness
Our bike-surfcamp trips are accessible to everyone. However, you need to be able to assess your own physical condition in order to decide whether you wish to travel on a classic bike or an electric-assist bike.
Booking conditions
Participants must be at least 16 years old, and accompanied by an adult if under 18.
The driver must be at least 18 years old.
A deposit for the bike is required on the day of departure (bank imprint).
Our partner Allianz insures you for the duration of your trip (from the start of your stay to the end of your stay), against traffic damage (deductible applicable).
Appointment time
Day of departure: you can collect your vélo between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the day of departure directly from the agency.
Day of return: you must return the vélo before 2 p.m. on the day of return.
